In addition to our wonderful Orlando massages, we provide spa-level facials and skin treatments. We all know the old saying, “Beauty is only skin deep.” But if you think about it, the skin is the largest organ on our body, and it is exposed to harsh elements and toxins all day long, many of which can sink even deeper into our bodies. It only makes sense to help our largest organ stay fresh, clean, and radiant, and we do that with all-natural facials, the revolutionary microcurrent non-surgical facelift (as touted by Oprah), and waxing.

While our Orlando spa treatments take care of our patients from the outside in, our personally-tailored exercise programs heal and strengthen from the inside out. Each person who comes into our office needs a different exercise regimen that will help them strengthen problem areas to prevent further injury in the future. So instead of just telling our patients they need to get out and exercise, we work with each one to create an exercise plan that addresses their specific needs.
