WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU VISIT OUR OFFICE

Your First Visit to Our Fulton Practice

After you’ve been warmly welcomed to our office, you’ll be asked to fill out the necessary paperwork to gather the information the doctor will need to determine if we can help you. Then we'll give you a tour of our 5-Star office and arrive in our consultation room.  You can speed up your first visit time in our office by downloading the paperwork from our website and filling it out at home before you come in.

Dr. Bryce or Dr. Vaughn will meet with you and listen to any health concerns you may have. We will have you put on a comfortable gown and we will then perform and gather the necessary test results to help the doctor understand how you may be helped.  After this, he will be able to develop a specific plan of care that will enable your quickest recovery. Usually this will include a computerized examination of your spinal function, spinal balance, the doctor feeling your spine for swelling, pain, muscle spasm, abnormal motion, and then any necessary x-rays.  In some cases, the doctor may decide to help you with a specific chiropractic adjustment at the end of this visit.

Your Second Visit to Our Fulton Practice

On your second visit, we want you to understand how Dr. Bryce and Dr. Vaughn expect to help you or, in some cases, why they are referring you to another health provider.
This visit involves a report of findings with the doctor. The doctor will discuss any questions you may have about your problem and show you the best plan and approach for your situation.  Because everyone is different, everyone heals at different rates.  You will be given a written report that you can take home to help explain your problem to the rest of your family, or your friends.
If you agree to the plan, then we will start your care plan at this time. After the visit, our financial accounts manager will meet with you to discuss your insurance or payment options.

Regular Visits

After your first two visits, your time in the office speeds up. We don't have to re-test or re-explain each visit, so we expect to get you "in and out" quickly.
Please understand that our office is the busiest exclusive chiropractic office in the county.  Because we help a lot of people with a lot of different health problems, sometimes the doctor needs to spend unplanned extra time with someone.  Be reassured that you will get the same personal attention when you're in the room with Dr. Bryce or Dr. Vaughn as well.
On these visits, we will direct you to your changing room and have you put on a gown. The doctor will check your spine and make any necessary adjustments to your spine or your care plan as indicated. Please follow any recommendation that the doctor gives from visit to visit. Each recommendation is given for a reason, and not 'just because.'
 If spinal postural rehabilitation has been recommended for your case, we will encourage you to participate in your care, either before or after your visit with the doctor in our spacious state of the art rehab area.
