provide us with your medical history, which is important to determine your
exact problem. In addition to your medical history, a physical examination
and x-rays also provide information about your condition.

As chiropractors, we look for clues about your condition to properly
diagnose your problem. During the examination you will be asked to do a
series of simple and easy activities. These activities will provide
information about your motor skills, range of motion, balance, muscle
strength, gait, and the integrity of your nervous system, and the alignment
of your spine.

Once the examination is complete, the doctor will sit down with you and
explain the findings, and depending on your condition, will order a series
of diagnostic tests. These may include x-rays, MRI, CT, or other laboratory
tests.
