After Your First Visit



After your first visit you may experience some soreness...That's OK! The first few adjustments break up scar tissue, which inflames the adjusted region. Put some Ice on the region for 20 minutes. The sore feeling you experience will stop after the first couple of adjustments when the body adapts to the treatment.
