Being doctors of Chiropractic give Monya and Chae Tracy a great deal of satisfaction. They can think of no other profession that would better suit their personalities and philosophies of helping to make others more aware of the natural way to health.

They have a passion for helping others to obtain or maintain health through natural methods that aid the body in healing itself, rather than hiding the pain or problem.

Through this profession they can educate others of this alternative, becoming mainstream, method of health care, and perhaps change the overall thought of chiropractic being just for back pain, giving patients educated choices on health care.   Through the practice, they can put this passion and drive for chiropractic and promote health and wellness into the community.

Monya and Chae Tracy have been delivering chiropractic care since 2003 and have worked in a clinical chiropractic setting, successfully providing chiropractic care for many people.   In addition to our past experience we pledge to continue our education by attending numerous seminars throughout the year to better serve our patients and their families by continuously learning the latest in chiropractic technique and philosophy.

Dr. Monya was born and raised in San Angelo, Texas and is able to brag that she has one of the largest families in Texas although she was an only child. Family, friends and God are the most important things in her life and she works hard every day at strengthening her relationships with all three.

Dr. Monya went to under-grad at Angelo State University where she received the 90 hours of prerequisite studies in order to attend Parker College of Chiropractic. While attending Parker she received her bachelors in anatomy and was active as the student body representative for her class and volunteered her time for the Kids Day America events and educated the public about chiropractic at the State Fair each year. Parker is where she met the love of her life and partner in Chiropractic.

Dr. Monya’s passion is helping children. During under-grad she worked at the local hospital in the birthing center and on the pediatric floor where she gained great experience with infants and children.   As a child Dr. Monya had many health challenges that included very frequent ear infections that lead to her having tubes put in her ears and taking so many antibiotics she actually became immune to one. She has seen how chiropractic can help children with the same types of problems she had without drugs or surgery and wants to spread this message to as many parents as possible.

In her free time Dr. Monya enjoys spending time with her husband and her family. She loves to be outdoors doing anything from grilling and throwing washers to floating the Frio River as well as fishing, camping, biking, working in the yard, playing golf and spreading the message of Chiropractic!

Dr. Chae grew up in a small Oklahoma town and was very active in sports and the outdoors. While always being interested in helping and working with others Dr. Chae decided to pursue a career in optometry. After attending The University of Oklahoma, he decided to return to his hometown and finish his studies while working for an optometrist. Dr. Chae graduated from East Central University with a Bachelor in Biology and accepted a job as an ophthalmic technician for an ophthalmologist in Dallas, TX. It was not until a year later that he decided to pursue other career options. Coming from a family history of nurses and pharmacists he decided that a more natural approach to healthcare was of his interest.

Dr. Chae discovered chiropractic as a child for various sports related injuries with great results. It was not until a friend and chiropractic student introduced him once again to chiropractic and the possibility of pursuing it as a career. He was very excited about where the profession was going and the people’s lives that had been changed by chiropractic. He applied to Parker College of Chiropractic and was awarded a scholarship to attend.

At this point he knew that this was the path that God had chosen for him in order to help people. During his first trimester he met his future wife and partner in chiropractic, Dr. Monya. While at Parker he served on the Student Body Executive Council for three years, was involved in nutrition, pediatrics, founded The Sportsman Society and volunteered at Kids Day America and educated the community about health and wellness through various Community Outreach Programs.

After graduating and receiving The Outstanding Student Achievement Award in 2004, he married his life partner and fellow classmate, Dr. Monya. After traveling Europe and deciding where to begin their lives together they moved to Austin, Tx to begin an eight-month internship.

It was then time to return to a smaller town and begin practicing and sharing chiropractic with others in Dripping Springs, Tx. Dr. Chae’s primary focus is family wellness with an emphasis on specific correction of the atlas and the body’s proper posture.

In his downtime, Dr. Chae enjoys playing golf, fishing, biking, camping, hunting and spending quality time with his family. He very much enjoys the outdoors and escapes whenever possible.

Dr. Nick was born and raised in rural Iowa.  He decided at the age of 16 that he would become a chiropractor after being introduced to it by a friend's father who ran his practice out of their home.  While attending the University of Northern Iowa, Dr. Nick met his wife Cacee.  After graduating they moved to San Antonio where he worked in the University Health System as Cacee taught 6th grade students.  After a few years in Texas it was time to begin chiropractic school.  While at Palmer College Dr. Nick excelled as a student and was involved in several club organizations ranging from sports injury to the history of chiropractic.  He graduated as valedictorian and was then ready to travel, so he had the opportunity to practice in Ireland for over 2 years.  He and Cacee have now returned to Texas as Cacee begins her PhD studies at the University of Texas.  They love to travel and see new places, but have been enjoying the time back in the United States seeing family, spending time with their dogs, and catching up with friends.  He looks forward to exploring the hill country more and to meeting and serving you soon!

Amy was born and raised in Michigan but relocated to Florida in 1996.  She lived in Florida for 13 years continuing her career as a computer programmer while teaching group exercise classes on the side.  However, after the birth of her first child, she decided to “retire” from programming but continue to teach group exercise.   She has always had a love for fitness and exercise.  However, it wasn’t until her brother was diagnosed with stage 4 appendix cancer, and her son couldn’t seem to stay well, that she became passionate about health and wellness.  It was also at this time that she started working with a naturopathic doctor and partnered with nutraMetrix Custom Health Solutions as a wellness consultant.  She is trained by the company on nutrition and the nutraMetrix product line.  She and her family relocated to Dripping Springs in December, 2009 where she continues to promote wellness not only to individuals but health professionals as well.  “I have personally seen people radically change their health status for the better!  There is no better reward than that!”
