What a wonderful feeling...

What a wonderful feeling...to take a long walk on a cold sunny morning...striding along with long easy steps, standing straight, with my head raised.

True, I have a prop---a light three wheel walker which I need because I am nearly blind.

I am 91 years old --- loving life and grateful to Dr. Melissa Windsor and all those at Friendship Heights Chiropractic who have helped me.
