What is FMS?
This evidence based screening is already used by professional, college and high school athletic teams as well as the military to identify movement problems that place athletes at risk of injury or decrease performance.
It is also used to screen every day patients of all ages and competence levels to identify where their weak links are that need improvement. It also assists in determining what specific corrective exercises can help and testing whether these exercises are actually working to improve function.
