We remain open by appointment. We feel that our treatments can play a valuable part in helping your bodies and minds to weather this storm. To eliminate any risk of contagion, we are implementing the following procedures:
We are seeing a limited number of patients per hour to facilitate social distancing. In addition we are offering certain times for patients that desire a private visit time. We are not admitting anybody to the office with the slightest signs of illness or fever.
We are asking anyone who recently traveled out of the country to refrain from booking an appointment for 21 days after their return. We are continuously sanitizing everything after each patient, from our hands to doorknobs, armrests, tables, face cradles, therapeutic equipment, and other surfaces. We are running our in-office GermGuardian air filter at all times. Please feel free to ask us for recommendations regarding supplements and nutritional strategies to support your immune system and especially your lungs against viral attacks.
Here are some official websites which offer general guidelines and updates regarding the COVID-19 pandemic:www.cdc.gov. With peace, strength and our best intent for your health and well-being,

|Chiropractic Care Is Part of Your Exercise Program
We all want to be healthy and well. Achieving this goal requires some time and effort, but the payoff is well worth it. Regular exercise helps lower blood pressure, helps slow your heart rate, and helps you sleep better at night. Regular exercise often helps people lose weight and puts a spring in their step. Regular exercise puts color in your cheeks and gives your skin that certain glow. Exercise is a very good thing.
Chiropractic care helps us get the most out of our exercise by making hidden reserves available for peak performance. Regular chiropractic care removes nerve interference and keeps the joints of our spine moving freely, eliminating roadblocks to full mobility and full function. By helping optimize our nerve systems and musculoskeletal systems, regular chiropractic care helps get our bodies in shape so that we can do the exercises needed to keep our bodies in shape.
Regardless of the method you choose, stretching is an important part of your regular exercise activities. The extra few minutes spent either warming up or cooling down will help you maintain your exercise program achieve long-term health and well-being.
